i. System Architecture, 

ii. System-BOQ, Bought-out BOQ, Spares-BOQ, Panel-BOQ

iii. Technical datasheets for System components, bought-outs

iv. Panel GA & Wiring diagram

v. UPS load sizing, Heat-load sizing, CPU load sizing

vi. Earthing Scheme drawing

vii. Loop-wiring diagrams

viii. IO-assignment schedule

ix. Interlock tables

x. FAT / SAT report

xi. Interface schematic drawings for interfaces with process, non-process sub-systems

d. Review of Control room layout

e. RFQ /PR Datasheet& BOQ for bought-out items

I. Participation in technical review discussions/meetings with vendors/customers (online/offline) during pre-sales, basic/detail engg stages including joint review of Control narrative/HAZOP/ Operability study etc

II. Participation in Control system Pre-FAT, Software-FAT and Client FAT etc.

III. On-site Field Inspection / System-FAT for control systems.

IV. Technical guidance to engineers

1. Preparation of input documents such as IO list, Control philosophy etc which are not relevant to the consultant’s scope.

2. Program development for PLC/DCS/HMI

3. Preparation of any 3D drawings

4. Co-ordination with vendor/client/contractors/in-house manufacturing 

5. Participation in Project review meetings with client/vendor/contractor 

6. Project management, Project report work, Project schedule management

7. Vendor / contractor / Client follow-up works

8. Review of vendor / contractor bills

9. Document transmission/receipts to & from vendor/client/ contractor

10. Participation in SAT, site construction review meetings

11. Supervision of Erection / Commissioning
